Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or any adjustments to your refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will promptly be applied to your original method of payment.

All returns will incur a $100 handling/re-packaging/ and restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If a part is defective we may send you a replacement part or exchange the item for the same item, send us an email at info@old-aws-main.cellercise.com and send your item to: 87 N Main St, Manti, UT, 84642, United States.

Once a product is shipped from our warehouse, the customer/purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs. International orders customs and duties costs are the responsibility of the purchaser the moment it ships from our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking details.
