How can I renew my Mr Rebounder App membership? I had to replace my bank card so it didn’t go through electronically this last time.
David mate the "diet" is all wrong. Carnivore is where its at we didnt survive on plants we fasted with no food for a couple of days/weeks then gorged on the good fatty meat/organs, if we feel weak and have no energy is because we are not having enough animal fat and good salt for electrolytes. But because we have been lied to by the dictators/propaganda/big pharma/doctors/ideology and Ancle Keys who brought out the fake studies on how cholesterol is "bad".The doctors are still putting statins on people which is criminal. Cholesterol isnt the cause of heart attack/stokes nope what is, is high blood sugars statins only makes health worse. Our body is made of cholesterol. Cholesterol gets the blame because of the sugars tearing up our insides and the cholesterol comes in to patch the inflammation up so makes no sence on trying to lower cholesterol (this is no dig at David I really love what he is doing)
Should we do our arms like you or your daughters on hip rock . Both have totally different form ? Or does it matter ?

I have a stepladder that fits almost perfectly right up to my cellerciser and works almost perfectly as my balance bar until I can get a real one. 😀 Do what you gotta do…. 😀
