David. I left this comment a couple of weeks ago but I don’t see it here. I would like a 10 minute routine for beginner seniors with multiple health issues (arthritis, fibromyalgia, heart valve replacement & weight loss, for example). Can you produce one? I am struggling to find a good fit using a stability bar.
10 years ago I had my entire Right Lung removed, In my right side I feel a fullness that does not go away except when I lay down. I ordered a Cellercise and I love it, I am still getting this feeling, I bought a chest brace of thick elastic and Velcro which makes the feeling go away. With the compression brace on my chest will it cause me NOT to get the results if I didn't wear it at the time I exercise? Thanks you so much.

I am 80. This rebounding is the BEST exercise ever. Hate doing hard floor stuff, too hot, humid, dirty outside. After only 1 week, I am already much more fit. Love the kid's names!

I have vertigo, meaning my vision cause me to lose my balance. I have a rebounder, but I use it more for walking and running rather than jumping. I need to find a routine that I can follow without losing my balance. I do like to bounce on my rebounder, but within reason. My vertigo started in 1987 forcing me to walk downhill and downstairs backwards. I often feel like I am on a beach walking into the surf with the waves knocking me off my feet. Most people can understand this illustration. I hope you can help me build a routine over the next few weeks. Due to my balance issues I am housebound during the winter months that can last 6 months or more in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada. Thank you, Sharon
This guy is a legend. I started doing rebounding 2 months ago and I found him today. One thing I can tell you from my tiny experience is it gets so easy after 2 weeks. I can do 30 mins continuous with adding pain (to upper legs) at will. Skiing with knees bend (faster jump left n right) was my pain drawer so far. But I got the rapid knee bend and sitting jumping from this legend today which I will apply tommorow!!!! Can't wait 🧘
Don't do this with sciatica. I learned the hard way. My physio was clear for disk or other issues don't jump it makes it ten times worse.

As for rebounding, what if you have hip issues like torn labrum or arthritis? Many have the former and don't even know about it.
Suggestion. your APP: Why don't you have it for a computer? Can't watch an exercise class on my tiny phone. Not going to buy an Ipad. Just saying.

He needs to improve his website it is terrible and it is a pain to shop and who buys DVDs in 2021, this is ridiculous. He sells the bundle so there is no way to buy without it. No one has DVD player anymore. I don’t want to buy the DVD so I want to save on that cost. He needs to upgrade to an app. Is the celliciser quiet. Just because of all that I want to buy a Bellicon instead.
I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and hip can the cellercise help me?

What about using small weights while rebounding?
I love my cellerciser and appreciate this video but it would be nice to show the whole body in close-ups when the whole body is being used so we can see what the feet and legs are doing, etc.
I did 3 minutes jumping up and down on the rebounder I was wored out. This is no joke.

My friends and family are surprised how well I do using the balance bar. I could not workout on the rebounder without it.
Walking is the BEST exercise; much better than any rebounder and it is proven to strengthen the joints of the hips and knees.
These exercises are fabulous I’ve been incorporating them daily!

77 – just got my first rebounder. Could someone please tell me if the feet should be flat on the rebounder or should the weight be on the front of your feet or back?
